We realize that sometimes the decision to purchase a product online is challenging, especially without being able to physically see or feel the product. We want you to shop at ease and with confidence; that’s why we offer all our customers the following:
If you are experiencing buyer’s remorse and do not want the product you received, you are required to contact us via email at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the item. After the claim is approved, you must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense with tracking and insurance, and the item must be unused and in it’s original packaging along with your proof of purchase.
In the case you received a damaged or incorrect product, you are required to submit photo evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the item(s). If the claim is approved, a refund or exchange will be issued. You will need to send your item unused and in its original packaging to the address provided in the email along with proof of purchase. We do not accept any exchange 14 days after you have received the item(s).
If the product packaging is damaged, but the product itself is intact, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
Missing order. In the case that a package is delivered (based on tracking number update), but you did not receive the item, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
If you experienced any of the above scenarios, you must report the issue within 14 days of receipt. Otherwise, you agree that the product is deemed delivered and satisfactory. We do not accept any refund or exchange claims 14 days after you have received the item(s).
